This has traditionally been Brightstar’s core business.  Historically we have traded in quantities exceeding 5,000 Metric Tons of SMP and 2,000 Metric Tons of Whey Powder annually.  The AMF and WMP businesses fluctuate on the market movements of Milk Fat prices.   This sector of our business has historically contributed to the bulk of the companies turnover and profit.

 

This unit has access to over 40 years experience in the manufacture and utilisation of milk powders. Brightstar also has substantial experience in the area of international dairy product trade.

 

In the past we have helped both our end users and producers overcome manufacturing difficulties, by employing our extensive knowledge in plant design and operations, to rectify problems our customers have sought solutions to.  Moreover, we continue to offer all of our long-standing clients similar advise.
